The museum houses over 8,000 life-sized clay figures, including warriors, horses, and chariots, each with distinct facial expressions, hairstyles, and armor details. The scale and individuality of these figures reflect the incredible craftsmanship and organization of the Qin Empire more than 2,200 years ago.

Your local English-speaking guide will lead you through the three main excavation pits —

Pit 1: The largest and most spectacular, filled with thousands of infantry soldiers.

Pit 2: A complex formation with archers, cavalry, and officers.

Pit 3: The command center of the army, thought to represent the headquarters.

You’ll also visit the Bronze Chariot Exhibition Hall, where two exquisitely detailed bronze carriages — once used by the emperor himself — reveal the height of Qin metallurgical skill.
