The Muslim Quarter is the beating heart of Xi’an’s culinary tradition. Established over a thousand years ago, this neighborhood reflects the rich heritage of the Hui Muslim community, descendants of Silk Road traders.

Here, the air is filled with the aroma of grilled lamb, cumin, and sesame. Try local specialties such as roujiamo (Chinese burger), biangbiang noodles, and lamb skewers from family-run stalls that have been operating for generations.
